“I've stepped food into here a few times since it's in the neighborhood. I can't knock the prices TOO much because it's a boutique, which means you have to go in expecting boutique prices. $150-$200 jeans and tops aren't my thing, but that doesn't mean they aren't high quality, name brands. I've tried looking up a couple of items online and the price is what it is regardless of where you look. The clothing and shoes are cute, and geared towards the early 20s-30s crowd. I like the feel of the shop- bright and set up in a way that you can see everything without having to dig around. The employees have always been welcoming when I've come in to look around.”

“I just shopped 2 days ago [Feb 2, 2024] and they have a ton of gorgeous selections especially for the home furnishings! Did I say they do have some nice outfits for women too, from work dresses to casual, to lounging pairs! Lovin' Marshalls, I'm glad they revamp their style!!!”

“I was in the store today and was pleasantly surprised at the cute items they had on sale. Yes it is a bit overpriced, but no more so than similar styles found at Anthropologie. I would have to agree with the lack of customer service, though. Although I was greeted by the three girls at the register, one sitting up on the counter and another on her phone, that was it. I never saw them interact with anyone who was browsing in the store, and when I went back to the dressing room to try something on no one ever came to open a door for me. I do have to give them five stars for entertainment though. The three had no problem talking loudly enough for all to hear. They were creating a Yelp account so that they could leave positive reviews. I loved hearing one give the other a hard time that "Olivia Sails" didn't sound like a real name LOL! If you're going to leave fake reviews, perhaps be a little more discrete about it. Four stars for the merchandise though.”

“I am a huge fan of WHBM and really like this store in particular. Unfortunately, I'm here to complain about the loud music that apparently has to be played in the stores. I noticed it in early December and it was so loud that I couldn't even think so I left quickly rather than staying to try on clothes. Yesterday I went there again and it's still very loud. It makes it hard to talk with the sales people who are very helpful. I'm not sure why anyone would think that loud music helps sales. I see mostly middle-aged women like myself shopping here, not 20-somethings. I'll keep my rating at 4 but it will probably slip to a 3 if they don't turn the music down and of course I'll spend less money.”

“I’d leave way more stars if I could. This store seems to be on the right track as a black owned business. The customer service is superb and I have no issues with my purchases. They were true to size and the fabric quality was top notch. I like my clothes neatly fitted, so I ordered one of the bandage dresses. It hugged my body in all the right places. I’m definitely ordering more ?”
