“I was on a hunt for some NBs 990. They are located next to Old Navy, lower level.The store is small. However employees are all helpful and will do their best to get your shoes. A lot of their shoes are not on display, so you'll have to ask.I'll def come back for my future NB kicks.”

“Babies are so sweet and precious! They are so little and you need so many things: burp cloths, receiving blankets, and tons of little outfits. I especially like buying baby clothes and when there is an expectant mom in the family, I just have a ball. I had the most wonderful service at Carter's Babies and Kids. Amber and Dee helped me pick out outfits, advised me on size, and even put things away for me that they thought I would like. That is awesome customer service! There are covid protocols for standing in line as you check out and all of the salespeople, as well as the customers are wearing masks. They clean the counter between customers. I loved that safety protocol. I love how the store is arranged, so all of the infant clothing is in one section. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Carter's has clothing for more mature kids too. They have great deals and if you open a charge(Yes, I did!) you can earn points to get cash back in rewards. Great customer service, huge selection, and great deals! I know I will be back soon.”

“Very nice shoe center. There are multiple brands and some good deals and discounts also. I went on black Friday sale, so there were add-on discounts. You can find multiple brands over here, there are some in-house brands also which are of good quality. Do check this place out once.The best part of this place is the store services, we were not comfortable with one pair of shoes, so we returned it after one-day use. And they accepted it and refunded the amount.”
“I had the honor of dealing with one of the associates named Lauren in Johnston Murphy store located in Clarksburg Maryland. I was sent an email regarding some promotions for holiday season, I called to make sure the date of said promotion. Lauren took my call and assisted me with great friendliness and professionalism. “I was so happy to find the latest Ugg styles and a ton of different sizes. I tried on several pairs and the service was great. The salespeople were so helpful in finding styles and sizes that I needed. I had a hard time deciding which pair to buy, but ended up with a cute short black boot with grey fur around the top. I really wanted to match my granddaughters, but the shoes didn't fit me properly. I am very happy with my purchase and they are so comfortable. They were 30 percent off, which felt like a real deal. I almost bought a baby pair for my grandson, but it is hard to choose a size for an infant. They also have cute socks and sweatshirts too. I highly recommend this store and I can't wait to wear my new Ugg boots.”
