“My Toyota Camry Hybrid battery recently died after 16 years! After looking at new cars for a week or so, I decided to replace the battery and take my time finding my next new car. I found Greentec online and called to discuss. They were very good at explaining exactly how the procedure would go. They arrived at my home and installed my new hybrid battery. I am very pleased with all the people I had contact with and the installer was very thorough and did not rush the job. I saved approx $1,300 from what the dealer quoted, and the warranty is 2 years longer. Win, win. I highly recommend Greentec.”

Mechanic Jalin and new manager Donya were super friendly, personable, knowledgable, helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure my mother’s tire needs were satisfied. “Autotech Car Care is the most honest, trustworthy auto repair shop that one could ever hope for. I needed service on a 2008 Volvo hatchback that had definitely seen better days, specifically it needed two new tires, replacement of the front left axle, wheel alignment, and repair of the left wiper arm. I am currently on a very tight budget, planning a wedding and searching for my new job out of grad school. Because the cost of the front axle arm replacement was not something I could afford at the time, I asked Todd to replace only the axle boot in the hopes of buying myself some time until after the wedding to eventually change out the entire arm. I was also due for an oil change and replacement of the rear stabilizer links but because of my budget, I decided to have my fiancé work on those at home rather than getting them done in shop. Even though I was having to make tough decisions to save on cost, Todd patiently worked with me every step of the way. He did not make me feel bad about having to pick and choose what work I could afford to get done in shop, nor did he try to upsell me like the way some other shops do. Once the work had started and the mechanic discovered that the front left axle was actually bent and therefore unsalvageable, the team made the wise judgment to replace the axle to ensure my safety on the road. They did not even charge the labor cost for the axle replacement!! I would never expect them to do this, nor should any customer expect the same. I am only including this detail to drive the point that this is a shop that has compassion and integrity. If more shops and offices operated this way, we wouldn't have to be so cautious of doing business. Heck--if more people, generally, conducted themselves like the folks at Autotech, the world would be far nicer place to live in. Safe to say that I'll only be taking my business to Autotech from here on out.”

“They are always so busy. Plan on them having your car for at least 24 hours. Ask for everything you want done at the same time or else they will not complete it if you call back to add something (like adding an oil change on top of other services already being performed). They do a good job fixing the cars though. Nice lobby area too. I like that they text you the progress of your vehicle, but their internal communication is lacking. My car was done according to the text, but after 2 more hours (after my car had already been there 2 days) I had to call about my car. Still took another 1.5 hours to get the shuttle even though I live less than 20 min away. The service tech didn't seem to know my car was done and had been sitting there for over 2 hours. The shuttle drivers have always been nice and friendly. I also like that you can sit inside the model cars inside.”
