“I don’t know where Under Armour found two of the nicest employees I’ve ever encountered, but Micoh and Edward at the Montgomery County Mall store were amazing. I initially came in to return a pair of shoes, but the sale rack caught my eye, and I was impressed by the variety of styles and fits Under Armour offers. I’d never tried on their pants before, but I quickly fell in love with the quality and fit. There was one pair I really loved, but unfortunately, they were defective.
Micoh helped me during my visit and went above and beyond to try to locate the same pants for me. He never rushed me and was patient, even though the internal ordering system seemed outdated and took almost 30 minutes to process my transaction. Despite the challenges, Micoh didn’t give up and advised me to come back the next day so he could assist me further.
When I returned, I met Edward, who was just as incredible. Although it took him another solid 20 minutes to place my order, he never made me feel like an inconvenience. He was knowledgeable about the brand and made the whole experience enjoyable. Honestly, he might have just turned me into a lifelong customer. As someone who typically wears Lululemon and other high-end athletic brands, I’m new to Under Armour, but thanks to Micoh and Edward, I’m definitely a fan now. Their dedication and service were top-notch!”

The selection of shoes here were a bit different than the other stores which was nice because it seemed everyone had the same styles so this made it stand out. “I love shopping at Lululemon for myself and my husband. My husband particularly enjoys their clothes and I stick to mostly their accessories. I needed a new work bag and already searched through the website so I knew exactly the one I wanted. Walked in on a weekday afternoon, the backpacks were right by the register. I was able to find the one I wanted pretty quickly and checked out just as fast. The cashier was amazed at my commitment but what she didn't know is if I did browse, I would spend way too much money. The cashier was very personable and polite. I want to say her name was Angela but I could be wrong.”

I found a pair I liked that happened to be out if stock, so the staff helped look up online stock and offered to order it for me. I will definitely be returning for more business in the future.”
