Was told I could not try the cooling pad on the bed I was considering. This resulted in a longer time needed to experiment the options I wanted. My kids were later told to get off of the family cooling pad so that customer could try it with the bed they wanted. I left the store

Nia was very helpful explaining the differences between the mattresses and helped to make a choice. A great service, thanks. We did not get the purchase yet, but are happy with the experience at the store.
