Extremely knowledgeable (from years of experience), kind (he gives you an honest price), friendly (just a really nice guy), and patient beyond belief (I had many questions), he was careful to make sure that I got the best mattress for me-not the most expensive or fanciest. I contacted the store by phone, I was assisted by Addie and Cemal, I received the mattress options by email, and I made the purchase using the link. They arranged for the delivery of the mattresses before I arrived in the USA, everything went well! After arriving and using the mattress, we realized that one them was not to our liking, so they offered the possibility of exchanging it. They were so attentive that I went to the store (now in person) and bought a bed, this time being attended by Carlitia and Denis.
