Ashley was the sweetest! She did piercings for my boyfriend and I, and we love them! She was so kind and took the time to make sure we each really liked the placement! Definitely recommend !

Ashley was so nice and informative! I’m 26 and getting my first non-lobe piercing and she made me feel comfortable and told me everything I needed to know to take care of it. Plus its SUPER cute!!! The process was simple and straightfoward and she even gave me the option of a countdown or just going in (I chose countdown LOL)!

Kyle (KB) and Ashley are both knowledgeable and very attentive. I have gotten two piercings with them and both were very helpful. Ive recommended a couple friends to go and get their daughters first piercings from them since they make you feel like family. Thank again!

The chubby Spanish girl with the curly hair And the tall African-American boy (I do not know their names) Are not helpful at all and are slightly rude. No enthusiasm whatsoever and feels like it’s a bother to be helped by them

Today 11/30/2023 I called around 4:00pm to make sure that there would be some one there and I was assured by the person on the phone that someone would be at the store. When I arrived, there was nobody present. All the jewelry was still in the display case unattended. Another person arrived for a piercing appointment scheduled for 5:30. There was a sign saying they would return at 5:30pm so I waited. Around 5:35pm they returned, stinking of weed and clearly stoned. And they proceeded to pierce the client before attending to me. I would never let someone who was visibly intoxicated put a hole in my body let alone expect them to follow proper sanitation and safety standards. Good thing I was just there to pick up some jewelry.The management at this place is a joke. Then again this mall has been on a steady decline since the mid 2010’s. Hopefully, it doesn’t follow in the footsteps of Lake Forest Mall.

I love Piercing Pagoda I’ve been shopping here for decades. Of all locations I’ve been too this location is giving me problems and have attitude and act like that don’t want to be bother at all, you would think a job you have you need to make sales to have a nice check but don’t want to help, example I’m informing something was on clearance and they saying is not but I know because the same item is on clearance at another store but don’t have a clearance section at all everything spread out and not organized and the staff don’t help and act like I bothering them by shopping there, I will never go back.

Very nice lady working. I have had my ears pierced before and always had an allergic reaction to the earrings after and had to take them out subsequently. So I was worried that would happen again. These earrings are actually hypoallergenic and no reaction!

I wish I hadn’t ran into Rebecca while trying to make a return. She had the upmost attitude & wasn’t any help after I waited 30 minutes for her to play around with the system. Also, had no good reason or solution to why the refund wouldn’t process. Super unprofessional claims to be a manager! Will not visit this store again.

My cousin got a 3rd ear piercing a few weeks ago and which got infected a couple of days later. We thought it was healing however I guess we were wrong. The employees here are also not so kind, the place is so disorganized. Nice at first but regret it later.
