Very nice lady working. I have had my ears pierced before and always had an allergic reaction to the earrings after and had to take them out subsequently. So I was worried that would happen again. These earrings are actually hypoallergenic and no reaction!

I wish I hadn’t ran into Rebecca while trying to make a return. She had the upmost attitude & wasn’t any help after I waited 30 minutes for her to play around with the system. Also, had no good reason or solution to why the refund wouldn’t process. Super unprofessional claims to be a manager! Will not visit this store... read full comment

My cousin got a 3rd ear piercing a few weeks ago and which got infected a couple of days later. We thought it was healing however I guess we were wrong. The employees here are also not so kind, the place is so disorganized. Nice at first but regret it later.
