“As to be expected the Apple store was super busy on a Sunday afternoon and I wasn’t sure how long I might have to wait. Berachah went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly helpful and patient and was able to successfully resolve my issue. Very happy with the service I received and looking forward to my next visit!”

She helped me to understand what I needed to do first (transport line from my employer to my existing personal plan) and then reviewed all of my incentive offer options and which phones they applied to. “We went to the Apple Store and it was a terrible experience, they ruined our phone and just sent us over to T-Mobile to fix their mistakes, good thing we found Emerson who went above and beyond to help us and even stayed longer than he needed to , can’t express his level of customer service and we are more than satisfied , Emerson really is what T mobile is about , when we come back we’ll come straight to him, thanks Emerson for staying late and fixing apples mistake.”

“I had an unexpectedly great experience at this store today. In the past I have skipped Verizon locations and instead opted for Best Buy to buy/upgrade devices. However, I was really pleased with the customer service at this store and expect I will start with them going forward, largely due to the help I received from Franco. I went in with questions about purchasing the new Samsung smartphone, and shortly after being checked in, was assisted by Franco. He was very knowledgeable and gave helpful recommendations about testing the phone/ordering/potential next steps. Based in no small on his help and info, I returned later and ordered the phone through the store. (Unfortunately Franco was already out for the day, but I wound up getting excellent service from Nate in his stead.)”

I just went walk in got an appointment soon and the technician solve my problem in no time.
I am amazed by the number of tehcnician there ( around 20) which shows how the company well staffed the store so that the customer is treated well and in time.

“This is one of the smaller Targets due to its location. It has 2 levels, and do have most of the essential items in stock. 2 Fitting rooms are relatively clean, one smaller than the other on the top level.

Cashiers were pretty efficient, line moved quickly. staff were friendly.

Located in the same shopping center with other businesses, which is convenient for grabbing other things along the way.

No parking is directly for this target , but do have paid parkings nearby with reasonable walking distance.”

“I ordered a water bottle for a good price. There was only one available, so I knew I was taking a chance if something was wrong with it. It was advertised as NEW, so I just hoped it would be fine. The bottle came without the straw, which affects the stated functionality of the bottle. I contacted secondipity customer service and explained the problem. Initially they offered me a $3 refund to replace the straw, due to not having replacement parts to offer themselves. I looked up the cost to buy the part with shipping and it would have cost $6. I sent secondipity this information, and they provided me a $6 refund without issue. So, I was able to get the straw for no extra cost to me from the bottle manufacturer. Yes, it was a little extra effort on my part, but I was very satisfied by the customer service support I received.”
