“Jarron Williams was kind, assertive and engaged in helping me find a solution to the nightmare of a Sentra I had rented this morning from the Bowie Heritage Road location.
I have been hung up on by road side assistance not once but three times and they actually hung up on Jarron as well, road side assistance sent me to two stores and neither had a car to swap out, even though they claimed to confirm via phone and gave me physical address too which was comical to both enterprise store managers that had no inventory for me.
Jarron was kind enough to talk to them direct and they still don’t have a solution for me and it’s 3:55 pm and this process was started and escalated at 12:14 today, renting from enterprise has been a nightmare from the get go, unless you are using the Butler Road address and to actually speak to Jarron direct, DONT USE ENTERPRISE. What a GONG SHOW.
Still no solution and stuck without a car that I rented and paid for already.

“Pros: ????Friendly staff ????Friendly service ????In Bethesda????Wheelchair accessible ♿Wheelchair parking ???? ♿Cons:Sometimes they are short on cars.I have a business account here, we service hospitals in the area, so we need cars to transfer things. This office of avis on Bethesda has been awesome, they always try to be helpful anyway they can, Victor is amazing and very professional yet very friendly and kind at all times.
