“This store is GREAT for gifts, surprises, or just some nice finds to have around your home. It's also great for finding puzzles, games, or hobbies to do on your own. They also had quality cards for special occasions, and many unique items - and all for a good value - that really made me appreciate this store. It's a shop that's worth coming by over and over again, whenever I'm in the area to see what finds for sale the owner has managed to pull out of the top hat. And this isn't a second-hand shop.”

I own a small crochet business so yarn is something I constantly need, and Hobby Lobby always comes through with the vibrant colors and low prices!! “This wonderful antique store is located in historic Savage, MD in a mill that was converted into a shopping and dining complex. While perusing my new neighborhood, I stumbled upon Foxrun Antiques. I purchased two pieces from the owner, Paul Olson, who has a wonderful collection of beautiful antiques at extremely reasonable prices. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with the pieces. I searched high and low online for a dresser to suit our needs but could not find something to match our Ethan Allen iron bed frame. But at Foxrun I discovered a gorgeous mahogany dresser that could have been new it looked and felt so substantial and polished. While in search of the dresser I also stumbled upon a pedestaled bookshelf with a drawer and had to have it. The cost of delivery was nominal and delivery was convenient and handled with care. This store is a gem in the region. Having lived in Washington DC for over 20 years, I am accustomed to paying outrageous sums of money for sub-par quality from shops like West Elm or even Pottery Barn, but there is nothing that beats solid wood pieces built by true craftsmen. If you're looking to outfit an apartment or home, I highly recommend Foxrun Antiques.”
“I found this business online while on the hunt for a wooden wine holder shaped as a duck for my girlfriend's mother as she had added this to her Christmas wishlist. (Yes, I know it sounds silly). I'm skeptical when it comes to online shopping with the way the world is today but I hoped for the best & ended up purchasing the item. What led me to their site was the fact that the product was way cheaper than the competitors & their shipping timeframe was promising. About a week later, I received the item and it was perfect! She even picked up a heavy rug from my car. She was helpful and pleasant. It left a very good impression of this store on me.I was also helped by two other employees. Unfortunately, I did not ask their names. However, I remember their smile.I saw bad reviews overall for this company. But this particular store has very good reviews. I have first hand experience of it.It is the culture of friendliness and helpfulness that makes this store unique. HomeGoods should learn from this store and make it better nationwide.”

“I love the large variety of colorful and types of furniture at Regency . I have purchase, chairs, sofas , tables and dinette set over the years. It's a store that you know you will find what you need. It's a very comfortable atmosphere where the approach the sales use is different from other furniture stores I have visited; they greet you, introduce themselves , give you a chance to look around by yourself, checking in occasionally to see if I had questions. A couple other stores I visited I felt like running away due to the feeling of being pounced upon by a couple of sales people wanting to make a deal. Some walk with you the whole time not giving you time to browse and think.Regency's sales people are very knowledgeable about the furniture but don't hesitate to admit their uncertainty about items and go look them up.I was very pleased with my sales person. As well as the female who was extremely helpful in the office area (Nina, or Lena) who tried many ways to solve the problemof the delivery of the item I actually purchased instead of the one which was delivered. Lena is definitely managementmaterial!! She works extremely long hours!An asset to the company. She deserves a raise!!!”

They all are unique and beautiful!! The sales people were nice, professional, and attentive. The manager (William) has always gone above and beyond to help me. There is so many more positive things I could say, but I will say this is the BEST furniture store in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area based on my opinion (even better than the known stores, like Ashley furniture, Bobs etc.). “My mother collects baskets, so naturally I had to stick my head in a store with lots of brightly colored baskets in the window. The place sells subtly of dried hay (mmm!) and it takes a minute or two to decide what to look at first. The owner is friendly but lets you take your time. I wound up buying a woven fan - I forget its country of origin and I will be back for one of the gorgeous and unique bicycle baskets. And a Mother's Day present, of course. Honest. Her birthday isn't THAT far off.”

“We were in search of a small sofa bed that came highly rated and had the pleasure of working with the lovely Ruthchama Jean-Baptiste who patiently directed us to designs suitable for our space, before we settled on the Briar Sleeper Sofa in the Banks Oatmeal fabric. The ordering process was seamless and the men handling the delivery were careful, professional and quick. Now plans are underway to decorate the rest of the room and a matching ottoman from Joybird is the logical next step!”

“We made a trip out to Room and Board in DC on Nov 7 2023 and were greeting on the 3rd floor by Jay Krich. He was such a joy. The epitome of great customer service. We need more Jays in the world. He seemed eager to assist, never pushy and even got us our couch before Thanksgiving after trying his hardest to make it happen. He followed up with us via phone call early the next day to let us know about our sectional coming early. We sent him an email asking to confirm the color of our sectional so we can purchase additional items for it and he was quick to respond and even attached a picture for us! How awesome is that?He never over promised and gave us detailed information on our purchase.
