She even picked up a heavy rug from my car. She was helpful and pleasant. It left a very good impression of this store on me.I was also helped by two other employees. Unfortunately, I did not ask their names. However, I remember their smile.I saw bad reviews overall for this company. But this particular store has very good reviews. I have first hand experience of it.It is the culture of friendliness and helpfulness that makes this store unique. HomeGoods should learn from this store and make it better nationwide.”

“I purchased several items from this store (3 sofas, dining room furniture, sculptures, and coffee table). I am impressed with the items and quality of everything I purchased. They all are unique and beautiful!! The sales people were nice, professional, and attentive. The manager (William) has always gone above and beyond to help me. There is so many more positive things I could say, but I will say this is the BEST furniture store in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area based on my opinion (even better than the known stores, like Ashley furniture, Bobs etc.). If you visit, you will want everything in it. That’s how nice the items are. I have no regrets and will continue to do business with this store.”
