The staff at the New Carrollton location was courteous and professional. My phone calls were answered promptly and there was no hiccups with getting me a car. Nate was the representative I worked with. He was personable and very detailed with his explanations. You can tell he likes what he does. I had no issues with the car. It was clean and ran well. Returning the car was a breeze. I was able to leave it at the repair shop. Nate called to close out my rental agreement. Again, he explained everything well. My entire experience was seamless. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the friendly staff. I'll definitely rent from this location again. Thank you.”

“This review is a long time coming. I have been so busy and have also had a few health issues. I rented a car from your 10th St. NE location in DC. There was a second attempt on the theft of my car within 3 months. The customer service that I received was on point. The date I needed for my car pickup was appreciated and the level of professionalism at this location was beyond great!!!! I was so excited to see Lauryn Hillard at this location. She was so helpful to me the last time I went through this ordeal. At that time, she was located at your Takoma Park location. Lauryn is amazing. She is customer service oriented, very professional, kind, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to be helpful. All of the employees I interacted with, from the young lady who handled my reimbursement that I received almost immediately, she's super awesome. The young man who escorted me to my car -- everyone was amazing. I am a senior and walk with a cane. They were so kind and compassionate and helpful to this senior lady. “One of the best Enterprise locations I've used in Maryland, I was greeted with a smile, always treated with respect, professionalism, and friendly service. Noel was always helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which is why I returned to this location for a rental on this family vacation. She generally had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Noel also did everything she could to find the right size vehicle for my family and I to ride comfortable in on this 8 hr road trip! When I arrived, the owner Charles assisted me and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed or pressured. The environment was comfortable and I walked away with a car I didn’t think I would qualify for. Needless to say, they worked with me and gave me a lot of knowledge and blessing at the same time. Don’t waste time y’all, they about they business there! The owner there has been in business for over 20 years and when I saw him, it hit me, I brought my first car from him at 23 and now I’m 38 lmbo…won’t he do it!!
