“We had to stop over night in the Greenbelt area due to a mechanic's mistake in Virginia the previous day, and we were on our way back to NYC. After calling/visiting a few different auto repair shops, it seemed nobody had the time to fix our minivan that day. However, I finally landed on Morgatech, and I'm so happy I did. They diagnosed the problem accurately, performed the fix perfectly and quickly, and charged me a reasonable amount. They also told me about two other problems that were minor and didn't need to be fixed right away. The owner (I think), Anthony, and his employee were friendly, smart, and careful. “My service engine soon light came on yesterday so Today (3 July) I was right outside the Advance Auto store at 8;55 “to see” if they could do a diagnostic “when they get the time” - the sign said they opened at 9 - well they opened at 0859 and by 9:01 the PROffesional technician (about 25 yrs old) was performing the diagnostic and told me what caused the light to come on - I wasn’t ready for such prompt service - couldn’t believe it - I shared my thoughts with him and he replied “I learned a long time ago it’s the small things that mean the most to a lot of people” - that PRO is well beyond his years pertaining to customer service- started my day with a smile thanks to him”
