“I’ve had to bring my truck up here twice through progressive insurance claim and both times they have been efficient and explained everything to me when I called.My only issue is the girl at the desk. She can be a little rude and dry unprovoked. I get it being the business she’s in but at the same time it’s no excuse. Luckily I don’t take things personal but she should check that attitude before someone else does.”
