I was there yesterday to get some cash and asked some question from one of tellers named Sheryl and she was so rude and rolled her eyes at me !!! It is not just acceptable!!! Bank of America should do whole lot better !!!Ben shayegh

They leave the atm drive through open when its broken, so they can keep buisness flowing. Even though they know the ATM is broken. They dont care that the atm is taking money from people. I will no longer go to this Bank of America.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Been two days and can't talk to anyone. I have a specific question that I need to make sure will be answered before scheduling an appointment and taking time off work to come in.
