Met with Tanner with some issues at Harford Mall. He was the most friendly, polite and helpful person that I have encountered while coming into your locations. Refreshing to deal with such a person. Manager was also polite and helpful.

Was a great experience. Alex was fantastic . Awesome employee . He stayed past closing hours to make sure my new phone was updated and working properly. He is a keeper. I would go back to that store just because of the customer service by Alex
