After he understood my (Thanksgiving Eve) gas oven challenges, he provided exactly the solutions, approximately how long it could take to repair, and what to expect... They were very helpful. I was trying to find a part that is no longer made. They suggested a substitute, it really wasn't the right thing, and I returned it. A little inconvenience, but they were decent.
