“AMAZING!!! I initially wanted to shop online and pickup but I decided to call before going in I went in for last minute vacation clothes for my son. John Cash waited for me to arrive and had already had what we discussed over the phone on the counter and even had options for me to choose from , & offered for me to call him if I had any issues. His customer service is amazing and the clothing quality is excellent! I had a small discrepancy with one of the shirts being too small and he communicated with me the entire time offering me an exchange! I will continue spending my money with CASHLAND! Most clothing stores will not care after you spend your money he understands the key is for long term customers and he has one in me from now on!”
“Had a wonderful experience here. Alec graciously helped me pick out new shoes despite me coming in 30 minutes before closing. He was extremely friendly and accommodating and I love the shoes (Hokas) he helped me pick! I’ll be coming back here for all of my footwear needs.”
“Most iconic gym I've been to! This was the highlight of Baltimore to me, a gymrat. Anyways, the space is VERY well equipped (ski ergs, rowers, stairs/steps machines, treadmills etc) and your functional/cross training gears (battle ropes, medicine balls etc). Female changing room is very well maintained and clean. Too bad I didn't manage to enjoy their sauna facility. Shout out to Freddy for a great midday boot camp too!”

The team was very easy and an absolute pleasure to work with. The design was AMAZING and the balls were a big hit with the players on their senior night. “I was having a bad day, until i walked in. I must say this is one of the best locations, thus far. When you enter, they greet you and make you feel welcome. Kay is very pleasant and welcoming, with a smile. You can see it in her eyes, even with a mask on. James was also very pleasant and welcoming. Jordan and Drew made sure i got what i needed without a problem. They didn’t have a problem with checking to make sure the item was in stock. This team is awesome!!! The store is nice and clean, you can find everything without a problem. Love it!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!”

“Kiyota-san is the sole supplier of Japanese-imported martial arts supplies on the entire East Coast. He is himself a martial artist (judo) and is familiar with many Japanese budo organizations. He has price options for equipment: Economy models, which usually fall under $100; or Made in Japan models, which are authentic but more expensive. He has his own JK brand of dogi (uniforms) as well as those made in Japan. He's been in the Baltimore area for a long time and is well-respected by the community. Very helpful and very funny. If you have time, he has a lot of stories to tell you. Highly recommend.”

“I had a great experience with Holabird. I was looking to replace my worn-out favorite Asics and I have a wide foot. I searched the Web for my size + best price and it led me to Holabird. I had my order in 3 business days, pristine condition, $20 less than anywhere else AND shipped for free. They even included a return bag and paperwork to make it easy if my order had not fit. “Best spot in Baltimore for sneaker heads; the only place I've found near the Inner Harbour that has Jordans and Air Force Ones. Nice selection of clothing, collectibles, and knick knacks as well. The staff treated me like an old friend the moment I walked in the door, extremely accommodating. You should be aware that it's quite pricey though, so if you plan to shop here bring a fat wallet?. There was an awesome Bape t-shirt I wanted but I quickly put it back after seeing the $225 price tag. Very happy with my purchase, will be going back on my next visit to the city.”

“On 1/30/2024 I went to Howard Uniforms and before I was 2 steps in, one of the employees (Ceira) was on point. She asked what I needed and noticed that I had uniform pants in my hands. She told me the Section, Maker and pants type with one glance. When I went to that section and found exactly what she called out. She even came from behind the desk and made sure I got the right pants. I tried them on and needed alterations. She immediately asks for my exact measurements and took both pants to the back. They were done in 10-15 minutes. Another Employee (Jazzmin) Asked if I needed anything else and maintained a nice conversation while I waited. The Energy from both employees was pleasurable. They met my Energy level 100%. I even purchased 2 more Items. By the time I left, I gave (Ceira) a Nickname. Eagle-Eyes! I had a very pleasant visit at Howard Uniforms. “The staff at this Lululemon is amazing. My boyfriend was sad to find out the old manager moved to Texas but the new manager they have there is fantastic as well. We went there to make some purchases yesterday and had a great experience. Went there again today to get some items hemmed and exchanged; the staff and manager was super patient and went above and beyond to help my boyfriend with his requests. The whole entire crew is so amazing. I had ordered shoes from the official website finish line and when they came in last night, I noticed that they were dirty and they looked like they had been worn. I looked on the website and seeing that I was able to do a return in person. The closest location was Whitemarsh when I went in there the woman name.Tashia Was helpful. She explained everything to me and help me leave with a good pair of shoes. I was so pleased and so thankful I think that if you ever need any help that location is a great location to shop at.”
