Before I could react, he first apologized for the mistake and for the job taking a few days longer than it should have. Then he told me the reason it took longer was he had purchased brand new shirts from two different locations to make sure he matched the originals exactly. He solicited help from his family to ensure he matched the quality of my original shirts. He branded the new shirts and turned what could have been a horrible situation into an amazing story of customer service at its very best. Mistakes happen but it’s all in how you correct them that really matters.
