“Our salesman was really, really nice. He had a nice art piece in our cart on his computer along with the fireplace TV stand tgat we were going to purchase. Another customer came along and took the art piece off of the wall and claimed it! We decided that a piece of artwork wasn't worth the argument so we let it go. The fireplace is missing the remote and instructions, and the Bluetooth isn't working. I trust that Value City will quickly resolve this issue! Otherwise, the fireplace seems nice quality and beautiful!”

“I have read endless reviews about this business the practices and the employees. Even with all of that I still decided to get furniture. This was totally because I needed a living set quickly . I had several failed deliveries from top furniture stores . The door frame was not cooperating . The online phone representation was amazing . All was explained no hidden fees . One issue they don't assemble that I was aware of and wasn't explained . This was an online /phone transaction. I'm sure this was on the papers I signed but I should have read completely. I should have also been told . That's the only big thing I have an issue with . That's why I gave 4 stars .”

I appreciate that she was not just trying to sell me furniture, she gave me information to make an informed decision for my investment. When visiting the Lovesac store, at no point did I feel rushed to make a decision. I had multiple questions about warranties, discounts and ways to arrange the pieces I was considering purchasing. “Every now and then you have such a great experience with a store that you have to write a glowing review of it. This is one of those occasions. We recently purchased a sectional sofa from Su Casa and had it delivered to our house yesterday. We looked at sectionals at several national chains, including in DC, but didn't find anything we really liked until we went to Su Casa in Fells. Everything about our experience with Su Casa--from the floor service to the delivery crew was exceptional. First of all, Yoriko, the saleswoman, was outstanding, answering all of our questions as if she really knew the product. She was super sweet, had good design opinions, and was easy to work with. If all salespeople were like her there would be world peace. The delivery crew, Marcus and Matt, were very courteous and careful. They came to our house early--the first time anything of this size has ever been delivered to our house early. They respectfully removed their shoes without even being asked (who ever hear of that?!). The only hitch was the furniture pieces at first seemed like they were not going to be able to be maneuvered around our 20th Century staircase. At one point, it looked like we would have to abort the mission. But Marcus wouldn't leave until the job was done, figuring out the jigsaw puzzle of our staircase while lifting hundreds of pounds of furniture. We finally got the sofa in our second-floor family room and--after all the blood, sweat and tears--I have to say that it's absolutely perfect in our room! Our experience with Su Casa, from sales floor to delivery, was truly fantastic. I cannot more highly recommend this local store to others and I think it deserves our loyal business moving forward. “I went to the one out Dundalk first for 2 dressers this past Saturday.Although they claimed to be open on Google search, that was not the case. (Plus, no one answered the phone when I called). I was very disappointed because I had to pay to get there, which was 7 miles from my house. I did get the dressers from the one on Fulton Ave tho. And I left there happy. IF YOU CANNOT GET ANY ONE ON THE PHONE TO THE STORE IN DUNDALK, DO NOT GO!”

“I attempted to buy a microwave oven whereas the price clearly said $69.99 but at the checkout it scanned for $79.99 I bought it to the cashier's attention and he tried to help unsuccessfully so I asked to speak with a manager who was an assistant manager but she stated that the "manager" told her that it had to be sold at the price that it scanned for even though there were at least 4 other ones on the shelf just like mines with a sticker of $69.99! Needless to say after going back and forth with them, they didn't allow me to purchase it for $69.99 because they insisted that the stockers put the wrong price on them! I expressed to them that I was a consumer and that I had nothing to do with that!!! Of course, I didn't purchase it but I am not happy with how I/it was handled!”
“James came out to fix my squealing dryer. He called when he was on his way and gave me an estimated arrival time. He diagnosed the issue (worn belt and bearing) and discussed repair options with me. The job took about an hour to complete and James was professional throughout. He even took time to help me catalog my appliances for the home warranty since they were not all registered. Super helpful!”
