Steve Hill was with me from the moment I stepped into the showroom until after the installation. His knowledge of these products was exceptional and made it easier for me to make a decision without any pressure. He came to my condo, measured the floor himself and called me the day after installation to follow up on the work. Nelvin and his crew of installers was wonderful. They were on time, polite and worked very smoothly as a team. Each one concentrating on their particular part of the installation. When completed, they swept and vacuumed the entire area. Nelvin then took me on a tour of the work to make sure all was well. I will not hesitate to recommend Jim Boyd's Flooring America to anyone! I was very pleased with the entire process.”

“My whole experience with Next Day Floors was excellent from the salesperson Suresh Balakrishnan to the installer and his team. They came on time , they were very careful to not scratch my entry floors and walls. I had 3 rooms including closet, hallway and stairs done, they completed the job in 41/2 hours including a thorough cleaning and inspection of the job. All old carpet and padding were taken away for disposal. I highly recommend this sales and install team at Next Day Floors. Oh and I ordered the carpet on Saturday and the install was on Monday!”

“I cannot recommend Premier Flooring enough! They were very professional throughout the whole process. When they went to install the flooring in my basement, they realized the concrete was very unlevel and needed to be smoothed out. While I was not expecting this, they were fair and honest with price when it came to a solution to this issue. They could've easily just taken the easy route and never told me about the uneven concrete, but they didn't and got the job done right.
