“Had an excellent experience with Maven Motors! I had accidentally reversed over a plastic bollard and ended up taking the entire front bumper off my car.. I dropped in to MM un-announced on a Sunday (which is meant to be by appointment only) and they were in there working on some other projects! The team were super nice to us and said they could fix the bumper immediately. The price he charged me was extremely good value, only $120 for the entire bumper. I had enquired about pricing at some other spots for the same work and was quoted more than double! I Would really recommend recommend MM if you are looking for friendly, efficient and great value service!”

“Brought my Jeep Wrangler Willys in to see about swapping to the Mojave hood. Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft was able to get all the parts, and do a complete swap and paint match. Quality is second to none.
I selected this shop based off of their online reviews and later learned that Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft is also considered to be the best Tesla body shop in the area (I git to see my first Cyber-Truck up close when i dropped my jeep off).
The facility is clean and very well maintained. Front office personnel are nice and handled all paperwork quickly and had me on my way in minutes.
The technician who worked on my Jeep has been with Jeff Shaw for more than 25 years, to me, that says a lot - a company that values its customers (and their reputation) enough to retain top notch technicians instead of relying on a revolving door of technicians.”
“Ronnie and his team took great care of my Fiat 500. I've had other shops in the city refuse to work on my Fiat or do half-hearted work and hit a wall when it comes to ordering parts, but Olympic Auto was happy to work on my car and did quality work. They were professional, honest, and had great customer service. It's a relief to find a shop as good as this one, I’m looking forward to returning here for routine maintenance and any other issues that come up. They even went the extra mile to spend extra time working on rewiring my rear lights to save me what would have been a $1200 repair. “Louie, Matt, everyone— so friendly and so honest. I’ve been to Eastwood a few different times, and each experience was nothing but positive. Louie has literally talked me out of spending money on unnecessary work; I got my oil changed at a chain which gave me a laundry list of work I needed, and Louie was my second opinion who said I didn’t need any of it. That was my first experience with Eastwood, and it said a lot about their business.Any work I’ve gotten since then (battery, emissions stuff) was priced low and a smooth experience for me. They’ve also taken the time to help me with small/random things like putting air in my tires and securing my front license plate.Anything car related intimidates me, but knowing I can trust Eastwood is great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“If you have a BMW that needs some work these are definitely the people you want working on it. Especially for a classic BMW. I was referred here from a friend, and I had done some research into what I needed done and it took 1 minute on the phone to confirm that they did in fact know what they were talking about and having picked my car up after the transmission service I am pleased to report their work is top notch. Im sure they do other cars besides BMW, but I can't say enough about their bimmer knowledge.”

“I've been coming here since 2017. I'll continue to come here as long as I drive a car. This is a super honest and talented team. It's extremely difficult to find a talented, patient, AND honest auto repair service. Apple Auto is one of the best businesses in Baltimore in any category.
There's a reason why Dan and David are heavily praised throughout all of the reviews here. They are the soul of the place and do a fantastic job communicating and facilitating needs. In my experience Apple Auto's mechanics are fantastic and do not cut corners. Those guys are the backbone of this place. My car is a Toyota SUV that is over 20 years old. I do my best to stay ahead of things and take care of the mechanics of my car. I love my car. Apple Auto does quality work without ever blindly telling me to do something that is unnecessary. They take time to talk to me concerning repairs that are appropriate at that time and how to be patient and save money when something is not necessary. Lastly, great small businesses start at the top, BJ who owns Apple Auto is a pleasure to do business with. He is highly accessible if he's needed and he treats customers with respect. I'm glad he's a member of this community and I can't recommend this place enough.”
