“I highly suggest trying out the kings farm location of pure barre in addition to this location. The pure barre credit/membership can be used in either Rockville location. I gave pure barre a second chance and it was the best decision I made. Also if your an introvert, like me, barre is still for you. The music isn't blaring, there is plenty of classes to choose from and, honestly, the only person paying attention to what your doing is the instructor. I also paid extra for a private barre session with Emily - it was awesome. If your a beginner, don't be intimidated. The instructors are really good at offering modifications. After taking 10 classes, I went ahead and made the jump to sign up for a membership. I am glad I did!”

“I am happy to recommend Town Jewelers as an exceptional custom jeweler. Ali and Hamid, father and son, are highly trained professionals, and approachable and sincere. They made the experience of designing wedding bands both enjoyable and informative. They warmly greeted us by name during each appointment, answered questions we had and never pressured us to purchase or tried to "upsell" us. They also seek customer satisfaction and gave an honest breakdown of all costs, working within our budget. The quality of their materials and craftsmanship is top-rate (please see the attached photo) and offers an excellent value. Work is done on the premises and custom jewelry modifications were provided free of charge. Additionally, they are trained in watch-repair and worked on a wristwatch, providing a new battery and band. While we considered a number of jewelers in the DC area, we will be glad to return to Town Jewelers in the future. From our perspective, they love what they do and offer an experience which builds loyalty. Thanks, Ali & Hamid!”

I now go there more frequently to see what new things they have.Previous review: I'm so glad to hear others say they've had great customer service b/c it's been hit or miss with me. Sometimes i'll get a very nice sales woman and other times, like today, my daughter and i walked in, looked around the jewelry by the front register and left 5 mins later and not one person acknowledged us. We've also gone bought something there and literally, nothing was said to us. Not hello/can i help you/thank you for shopping with us. As i said, there have been times when they've been friendly but it's kind of odd that it's not consistent.”

“I joined here in December 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed both the classes and the people! Going to PB Bethesda is often the highlight of my day and I have met several wonderful people and gained some friends as well. They validate parking for unlimited members which is great if you take classes multiple times a week (otherwise it’s $5 to park in the lot, street parking is available for $2.70, and the studio is close to the metro if you don’t want to drive). Classes are offered at convenient times and the ability to book ahead on the app makes planning my classes every month very easy. I am glad I joined this studio and look forward to reaching my goals!”

Another plus - the members are a welcoming community. The class itself was challenging with good reminders on form and well paced by the instructor.Highly recommend this studio if you’re considering a pure barre location. “I went in today to find my size based on my measurements. Ms. Carol was incredibly knowledgable and helped me pull some jeans for my body type and size. She checked in on me in the fitting room as well. Her customer service was top notch. Given that there wasn't a lot in my size and style in the store, she suggested I take a picture of the tags on my phone to shop online. Yesterday I went into the store and it was a little disoriented because of restocking items and clearance items being organized etc. It turns out I had to return to the same store to return an item and it was IN PERFECT CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, I WAS SO IMPRESSED AND I AM OCD!!!!
