We have not been successful until we arrived at the Olney, MD HomeGoods.Not only did we get pillows and a rug, but a nice glider - swivel chair.More importantly, we want to complement Juan! who was the coordinator who put the rug in our car and then again put the chair in when we returned later in the same day.He is very efficient and careful and I think he deserves our praise and HomeGood’s praise!”
“This rating is specifically related to the pharmacy. The pharmacy is so efficient and handling many customers, that you barely have to wait, and if you do, it’s not for a long period of time. You can always call them, and someone usually answers within 10 to 40 seconds, unlike the CVS around the corner which is a nightmare. Sometimes you wait in line for up to 45 minutes just to get your medication at the CVS and when you try and call them, sometimes you’re on hold for over 45 minutes. In addition, the Giant Pharmacy has these new Medication holders that look like clothes hangers. When you come to pick up your medication, the bag lights up, so they can easily find your medication without having to sift through unorganized boxes of medication. The staff are super friendly, especially Leah. The best part about this Giant Pharmacy, is you can call ahead of time, and they will run your medication out to your car. All you have to do is pull up to the curb and call them about less than a minute before you arrive, and they’ll be out there waiting for you with your medication. I recommend using using cash to purchase your medicine for curbside pick up because if you give them a credit card, they have to go back inside to run it and then come back out again with your medication. If you want it to be more efficient, call them before you arrive and ask them how much your medication is so you can get the exact change. Just let them know you have exact change and they’ll run your medication out immediately and then you’re all set to go!”

“A convenient store where you can shop for your whole family. You can find the dresses of a large verity of brands. Reasonably priced. All amenities are available at the store. Ample parking available.”
“Big lots is a mix of cheap things, good things, definitely not fancy stuff. It has beauty products, cookware, food (not fresh food), gifts, decorations, beds, mattresses, cleaning supplies, small furniture, etc. I've seen some really nice electric fireplaces. I don't buy electric appliances there because many years ago, a hair dryer I got didn't last long. I do buy Christmas decorations, toys, dog toys, and little things to make gift baskets. The line is usually ok, not long.”

“I stopped in to buy a bottle of wine. This store was packed with people and they had a great selection of wines. I really liked how the type of wine was clearly marked by aisle,so I could find my Sauvignon blanc easily. They had quite a variety to pick from. They also had gourmet cheeses, gourmet crackers, and international candies. So, if I am in a hurry and I am making a holiday cheese board, this is a one stop shop. The prices were a little on the higher side, except for sale wines, which were very reasonable. If you are looking for wine, I would recommend giving them a try.”
“This is a large Five Below location so expect to take your time browsing. I was disappointed I didn't see any new experiment kits or arts and crafts since Christmas. The selection they did have was well-stocked. Service was nice at the front. I bought some ninja turtle trinkets for my son that will make nice additions to his Easter basket. I appreciate the value of Five Below for little knick knacks like that.”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

They sell everything from clothing and accessories (including hats, scarves, jewelry, handbags), electronics, cookware, and more. I was in search of a nutcracker, but most of the Christmas decorations were gone. I did find a nice pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22 shoes. We also stocked up on alcohol including Stella Rose Blueberry and Strawberry Rose, Rumchata, and 1792 Bourbon. It was nice that there were several lines on different floors that you could pay.”

“Decided to take a drive down from Detrick to check out the NEX. I have family in VA Beach so we miss all that the navy exchange has to offer in comparison to the army PX. Parking was easy, covered, and a ton of space. There was a great selection of skin care, purses, clothing, and hygiene. Fair selection of electronics. Shoe selection was a little smaller than what we're use to and there was virtually no toy selection (my son was disappointed). Overall, 1000x better than the Px near home but the NEX in VA Beach and Norfolk set a high bar.”

Although the target age range for the chain is towards the younger crowd it is refreshing to see all ages shopping here...and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful...”

“My son was looking for a suit for a wedding and we ended up (stressed after a bad experience in another store) at Macy's in Montgomery Mall. We were greeted by Mr Innocence who guided my son through the struggles to find a fitting suit, shirt and tie. Mr innocence was professional, patient and incredibly kind, showing no signs of rushing despite a busy time in the store. Just by eye measurements he suggested the right sizes and he listened to what my son was looking for. A very pleasant, professional experience!”
“I only frequent the Mens cologne area. The staff are always helpful, sometimes to the point of annoying, but they back off if let them know. They always have a good assortment of Colognes, but nothing like Harrods in London or Printemps Haussmann in Paris.”

“Great that you are able to return Amazon items to kohls, just saying. Yesterday I went into the store and it was a little disoriented because of restocking items and clearance items being organized etc. It turns out I had to return to the same store to return an item and it was IN PERFECT CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, I WAS SO IMPRESSED AND I AM OCD!!!! The staff was smiling, asking if people needed help, you just don't see this high level of service anymore and a team that cares about their customers and quality of their store. Ben, Barbaria, Daniel, Marvin, and Farhia are amazing. Super impressed.”
