“My wonderful experience started with Anum in the pharmacy. She remembered that my mother had two profiles for some reasons and was able to find her prescription with no issues. The personal service was wonderful.
At the front register was Yvette who was so friendly and helpful. She asked if I needed help and came out from behind the register because she wanted to help. We had a lovely conversation about vacations at the beach. She made sure I used my coupons on my second set of purchases and pointed out the others so I wouldn't miss them.
If Rite Aid had customer service like this, they would have never closed!”
