“Flu season is back so of course I got sick. Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest, same-day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $1copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right there. I didn't give 5 star because of the their poor communication with the doctor. I had to revisit the doctor office back and forth many times to "fix" the prescription amount.... Overall they were very helpful and kind people. They also offered me better alternatives that's wallet friendly.”

“I went shopping today (which I rarely do mid day on a Sunday) but I was so pleasantly surprised at how efficient the staff were, especially the folks in the deli department. They had a lot of people to serve but they were quick, efficient and friendly. Even the cashier (I wish I could remember her name but I can't unfortunately) was fast and helpful. I couldn't believe at how quickly I was able to get in and out. I may not avoid shopping on Sundays anymore after all!Also the produce was really fresh and I must have come after a restock because they had everything I was looking for.”

The team cares about all patients deeply.I am very sorry to Chanel Love and David Myers and any like them who feel that I was inappropriate or uncaring toward them in how I treat them in pharmacy service. I do care, so I am dismayed to find they left feeling that way.As they note, as my badge and words disclose and affirm to all patrons, I am only a lowest-level staffer at the pharmacy. Still, I work hard to rise to the expectations and hopes of all patients and customers. To fail anyone is anathema to me. I apologize for not helping you leave feeling positive and well-cared for. I ask your forgiveness.Mr. Myers, I cannot tell what you felt was 'rude' and 'short temper'. Therefore, I again humbly apologize for what struck you so strongly when I and my floater RPH served you cheerfully despite your after-closing-time arrival and subsequent refusal to give your DOB, at first, to specify which pt you are. My manager and I discussed today 3/31/24 your prompt care received, despite you coming after closing time, arguing with our will-call process (instead of helping us serve you as we do for all patients), then barking at me 'are you going to get my medicine or not?!' You may not have understood that, as only a tech, it was not my call to serve you without asking my RPh whether they would make an after-hours exception for you or not. Many floaters I have worked with direct me to tell any late-arriving patient to please return the next day. I do not have authority to offer pharmacy services after closing time. I had to look at and wait for my RPh to decide and instruct me whether to serve you and delay closing even further past 4pm Sunday or not.They were keen to head to their family, as I was to mine, but directed me to go ahead, to go above and beyond as our culture aims to do at Safeway. However, you remained discourteous to me even though we were remaining longer to serve you at your expectant request, sir, threatening to complain about me to management, leaning in to intimidate me and pronounce my name from my badge in a hostile manner, then later posting a public yet unclear-why complaint about me. You clearly have some hard feelings, yet it seems to have been you with the short temper. To err on the side of helpfulness, we were courteous to you anyway to help you not have to wait for opening Monday morning. Your review is a mystery, still.Therefore, I ask your forgiveness for what you felt fell short of your expectations if I failed you in some way.I do not want you to feel unwelcome or ill-treated. I welcome review of those interactions and details you want me to improve, please, or to know struck you so unacceptably. I am open to feedback for my learning, to fix the past and prevent any repeat. I want customers and all people to feel good about interactions and their personal health business that is so very important at a pharmacy.While we all know that there is no such thing as perfection for human interactions, I still believe that things can be improved after a disappointing interaction. This place has all great wonderful department people can shop in for all their needs ands and wants in the Olney Town Shopping Center. I love this place it has a huge pizza area that has freshly cooked pizzas but a bigger area than Whole Foods Market .it has organic and non organic departments . It has a bigger bakery area than Giant and Safeway. So please support Harris Teeter and bring America back together again .this is one Grocety store you will no t regret coming too.”

It is The best Grocery Store Where The Staff And The Management are the Most Customer Friendly people You will ever come across . This Place is Totally Renovated and Brand New With A New facelift . On The Outside It maybe Just an ordinary Grocery Store But as You go inside this Place it will Blow your mind away . I Love the new inside look that has been brought to ight . When You see it for your self its Like walking Into a Winter Wonderland In the Early 20th Century . Its decorated in a way that You have never imagined before . In there its Like Christmas 24/7 all the time there . Inside as you go into the sliding doors you see new Carpets and Hardwood floors you see new Carts on the Inside . to shop with. As You enter the second Set of Sliding doors you see what will blow your mind how the Harris teeter Looks o the inside Like a Winter Wonderland come To Live In person as if Walking back in time to the Early 20th Century of Old Like In a story Book . They have a whole New Pharmacy Area New The Frozen Food Department and New Pharmacutical aisles & Huge Floral Department Area . In the back of the store they have huge new Meat and Seafood Department and in The most main parts of the store they have Bigger Shopping Aisles filled with all sorts of great foods and drinks and much more Including stationary and more . On the front walls Toward the front of the store between both double doors Lies The Customer Service Desk With Great Staff and Management Teams and Cashier Line people with self help cashiers as well. On the right of the store lies the Pizza , Sandwich and deli area On the right Near the Starbucks Store on the right of The Harris Teeter Store They Freshly cook the pizzas of your choosing freshly cooked and ready for you all you have to do is tell what toppings You want on your pizzas and What You want in your sandwiches and they do it no questions asked whatsoever . They have a huge Bakery I like there and It is Just as Impressive and huge like the other departments They even have a huge Salad Bar and produce Department in Middle of the store . They Even Have Curb Side Pick Ups Outside The Store But No Deliveries whatsoever to residential Neighborhoods Unlike other Grocery Stores have Like Giant And Safeway do . 3 1/2 years ago Tio This Day , America And The Rest of The World Was Changed Forever . The Covid 19 Pandemic Had Attacked The Heart Of America And The rest of The World Causing Millions Of Innocent World Wide Casualties Including Our Loved Ones . No Thanks To The CDC And NIH For Their Incompetence For Creating And Weaponizing A Virus They Knew Nothing About Nor How To Stop It . Instead They Used Everything In their Power To Manipulate The US Government To Bury And Cover Up Their Criminal Mistakes So That No One Would Ever Receive True Justice Or Retribution For What NIH And The CDC Did To Each And Every One Of Us Wrongfully . I called this 24 hour pharmacy in a panic. The pharmacist very calmly, and very thoughtfully assured me that he could transfer my prescription and have it ready within an hour. Five stars.”
