I ordered an outfit online, and it was too small. I was very pleased with the sales people in the store at the Annapolis Mall where I went to return it. They were pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I will be back.

This Ann Taylor store was easily located at The Westfield Mall Annapolis, MD. I was happy to know I could return an online item to receive a refund with no problem. The sales associate was very friendly made me feel at ease.
