“My husband and I went into the store today so he could replace his phone. We had the pleasure of being helped by Katherine. She was friendly and personable, but also very knowledgeable. She helped my husband choose a new phone and even went above and beyond and assisted me with another issue I had with our account. Getting a new phone can sometimes be a long and stressful process, but Katherine made it very seamless and enjoyable. She thoroughly explains everything we would see on our next bill and make sure we were getting the best deal possible.
If you need to buy a new phone or do anything else, I highly recommend going to this location and hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to have her help you as well.”

“Ashley has excellent customer service ,very professional!! Go to cricket at greenbelt for help. After the ghetto Silver Hill, District Heights store took $92 from my son account created a new account that wasn't needed, because I have 3 lines one belongs to him. His phone broke iPhone, he took a iPhone 6 in, instead of her swapping the sim cards. Poor customer service. Thanks Ms. Ashley you're an example of excellent customer service.”

Me and my husband came into this store to view different phone plan options.
At other locations like T-Mobile & AT&T they were very pushy when it came time to exploring different phone plans. But here at Verizon, Amon was super helpful (not pushy at all). He gave us our space to make our decisions!
We later came back about a month later to pursue the Unlimited Plus plan. Again, Amon was super helpful, patient and kind. He answered all of our questions, gave us a clear view of what our phone bill would be before hand, showed us many different options. Hands down one of the best retail managers I’ve ever dealt with in years! And in 2024 great managers like Amon are very hard to find. So, I give him and this store a lot of props!
Everyone should definitely look into this location if pursuing Verizon.”
“The Ladies were very courteous. However, the issue with my Device (Voicemail) couldn't be re-established. Apparently, the system is constantly down and therefore I can't receive voice mails. I would like to have a Device that is fully functional, not partial. Yes, I'm old school and utilize this service. Please help!”

“Ky was so helpful! I came in to upgrade my phone and he informed me of the limited time offer to add an Apple Watch and/or iPad for only the cost of the data plan. Sign me up! With a new iPhone 15 pro max and a new Apple Watch SE, my bill is only $11 more a month with the trade in of my previous iPhone. He let me know I was eligible for a Verizon credit card, which unfortunately I don’t personally use credit cards but he made sure I was aware of everything offered without being pushy. He was kind and ensured all of my questions were answered. His manager, Tom, was friendly and you can tell a culture of growth in created in this store.
