“Nearly nine years ago my family bought our first big screen tv from at the Waldorf location. I was holding my 10 month old son as we went about looking at the large selection of televisions they offer. Then the kindest of gentlemen asked if he could be of any assistance. Steve has been and is one of the most sincerest salespersons I have had the fortune meet. He made the experience one of ease, explaining which one would best suit our needs.Two weeks ago it appeared no time had passed. There was Steve with a friendly greeting and a promise to help. Although, my son is no longer a baby and I have gained some weight he had excellent recall of our first meeting. And as before, he provided unparalleled customer service and kept me within budget.If you want to simply pick a tv, head to a register, and be done with it all I suggest you think a bit longer on that choice. Because the better choice is to go the extra mile and meet with Steve at the Waldorf Big Screen TV Store. Simply because he will go the extra mile for you.”

“I recently had 3 ocassions to get service at the TMobile center at Woodyard rd in Clinton. Over the past 3 years I have been to several Tmobile centers, I found this one in Clinton by far to be the best. The last time I went there, February 16th the center was very crowded. The technician recognized me shortly after I entered the store, took my name and asked me to be patient...I agreed. In about 15 minutes I was called. I needed to have a new cellphone activated. The Technician was very professional, worked on my phone and in about 30 minutes she was finished. Frankly I was impressed with how well the techs took care of its waiting customers. While friendly, they seemed to know their craft and exibited genuine interest in the customer, did not try to sell me a bunch of snake oil.....this was exceptional service. The Technician that served me was absolutely great. Gman, US Navy Retired.”

“I’d give this review 10 Stars if I could , Ray was the best representative I’ve had with Verizon whether on the phone or in a store . He’s knowledgeably, kind and caring . We had to get a replacement phone and after receiving it we had problems activating it and wanted to make sure we did everything correctly without losing any data . Ray understood my concern , he was so patient with me and never once did I feel I was a bother , it’s so nice getting great customer service , Verizon you should be proud to have such a fine young man on your team , thank you Ray.”

“Today I switched my phone carrier to T-Mobile. I decided to go to this location since it’s close. I got there as soon as it opened and there was already a line. Two employees, Wilson (store manager) and Tyron helped me. I was in a time crunch but these two gentleman were willing to help me. What impressed me most about Tyrone was his diligence and willingness to go the extra mile when porting one of my numbers had an issue. He was determined to get it done so I wouldn’t have to come back. Eventually, I did have to come back because the issue could not be resolved before I had to leave.
While waiting, this store got extremely packed. Both Wilson and Tyrone made sure to greet each customer and get them signed in all while making sure the customers in front of them were serviced. Even though people were getting frustrated they continued to work diligently to help each customer. Since I had to leave, Wilson insured me that he would be there when I came back.
I returned and was helped by Jason since both were on lunch. Jason gave exceptional service. When Wilson returned, he remembered and brought Jason up to speed. Jason made sure our last number was ported. He even made sure to put the screen protectors on our phones and deal with another service provider with patience.
To be helped by 3 individuals and watch how all of the employees cared about their customers made me feel that our decision to switch to T-Mobile was a great one ??.
To watch Wilson navigate between Spanish speaking customers, English speaking customers, older people and younger people and his employees with fluidity was remarkable. He had the ability to relate to each subgroup. It was obvious he cared about his customers and his people. I could write more but I’ll end with this: customer service today was on point.”
“Stumbled across this place after receiving the worst service ever at the Leonardtown Rd location and Marlon was the absolute best! Being so very frustrated with the service we just encountered Marlon was very patient and was able to resolve all of our issues. He went above and beyond to help us out. Pretty sure it doesn't make a difference to Metro PCS but he definitely saved them a customer. I will be coming to this location for any future needs. Thanks Again Marlon!”

“Ever since they dealt with the ant problem and cleaned up, this store has gotten better. Cleanliness was the main issue in the past. For the area, this is one of the nicer ones now.
