This place is absolutely fabulous! Every time my husband and I go to visit Waterville we stay here. The rooms are very well maintained they're clean, well stocked, and the owner is quite Pleasant very nice man! If you need an inexpensive clean quiet comfortable place to stay I suggest checking these guys out they are fabulous.

Awful, service,price and tried calling from Portland all the way to front door of place, woman at front desk almost seemed happy we didn't take it,turns out we were happy leaving too

Visited my aunt while she was here and she freaked out and moved because there were roaches this place was disgusting I wouldn't even bring my dog in here
