“This new hotel is clean, classy and beautiful. The staff is friendly. My room was quiet and nicely decorated. I recommend it if you are spending the night in Waterville. Restaurants and shops are right around the corner.”

“Not a bad place at all. Can be peaceful, had some great stays here but, something could be done about the drunks/old party guys staying here yelling out the windows trying to start trouble with people. Not very welcoming when that happens. When there to pick somebody up and I have children in the vehicle and rowdy drunks want to yell disrespectful things out the windows and make threats. Not okay. Only complaint, great motel otherwise.”

“Very cheap no ice machine in the hall you have to go to the main office in order to get ice one would think if you have a machine in the hall to purchase snacks there would be an ice machine. We found the room nice and clean the key to gain entrance to the room is via a card that you hold upto the sensor and turn the handle which is rather difficult as when you push the handle down the door to the room sticks and you have to push the door open with your shoulder like you are conducting a police raid. The bed it self was comfortable and the bathroom was clean the shower was perfect with the exception of that the water was hard by that I mean there must have been quite a bit of minerals in the water as it took 2 attempts to wash the shampoo off my hair a good water softener like the possibility of adding something to the water would certainly be of some help. They have in the main office where you check in and get ice all the setups for breakfast ie... a juice machine coffee and a cereal dispenser when I enquirie about what time is breakfast served they respond with that they don't offer breakfast. My wife and myself were lucky enough to get a coupon code to get our room for $150. For one night one would have to imagine what the rate would have been had we not received the code online even at the rate we paid it Was still expensive.”
