Called twice left a message for service. No return call Glad I bought a Toyota since there is Toyota dealer in area but I guess they don’t have a service department. Was thinking about a new tundra but I guess I won’t be buying it there since I can’t get a service appt for my 4 runner. Wow

Toyota does not build custom vehicles, but Armando was happy to work with me to find a build that had the specifications I wanted and have it ordered and delivered to the dealership for me. I got exactly the trim, color, and engine I wanted and Armando was happy to answer all of my question on the journey from build to delivery.

I had a flat tire today and it turns out I had a nail in it. They couldn't have helped me any quicker and were so friendly and great through all of this!!!! I highly recommend them!!! Wish I could give even more stars!

We visited to buy a new hybrid car listed on the site. The car was not on site and dealers stated that they are aware that the website inventory has been incorrect for over a year. They claimed to have updated the website this morning, and that their website takes 24 hours to update. We left after that nonsense and being offered options for used non-hybrid or to wait months for a new hybrid.
Would not recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Shepard Toyota. Last year, due to their negligence in improperly tightening the lug nuts, my front driver-side wheel came off while I was traveling at 50 mph. Although they repaired the driver side, they neglected to inspect the passenger side for damage caused by the incident.
Recently, after purchasing new tires, I discovered rapid and abnormal wear. I brought the vehicle to two separate garages for an evaluation, and their alignment checks revealed that the passenger side lower control arm, adjustable camber bolts, and locking tabs all needed replacement because of the incident. I explained this to Shepard Toyota, who took my vehicle in for an evaluation. The dealership refused to cover the cost of these repairs, claiming that the alignment was fine when it left them last year and that the bolt was "seized" due to age and wear. Coincidentally, a coworker with a 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro, which has 70,000 more miles than my vehicle, has never experienced this problem.
Their refusal to correct the issue caused by their initial negligence is both frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using Shepard Toyota for any service or repairs.

I had a warning light suddenly appear on the dashboard of my Audi convertible. They clearly explained all the warranty plans and warranty options at the time of purchase. I wondered if all the warranties were needed at the time and am now thankful I decided to purchase the warranty plans.
So, I drove into Shepards and before I knew it I was in a rental, service had addressed the issue and was fairly major. They told me not to worry about a thing and they would tell me when the work was completed. They took care of everything and called when the work was completed! The process was seamless and without worry. A++ to all at Shepards and Thank you!!

This place was a breath of fresh air for me as car dealerships in this area go. I received help almost immediately and the salesman (Armando) was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted - a 2024, gas-powered RAV4. Once we found the correct vehicle the financing process was smooth, to the point, and conducted in a warm, friendly manner by both Armando and Bill Jr.
In around 2.5 hours I had shown up, traded in my old vehicle, financed my '24 Rav4, and driven off in it with a GREAT (better than great) interest rate and monthly payment.
I would rate this place and the salespeople - especially Armando and Bill Jr. - 10 out of 10 and I'm glad my name and number is in the Shepard system.

Worked remotely with Corey on a RAV4 purchase for my parents. In short, Corey was awesome. He was super responsive, flexible, understanding, and very helpful at delivery and beyond. He took great care of our purchase and my family before during and after the deal was done.
