“Bank reviews are comical. Pretty much you likely can disregard each bad review either a problem that was the customers fault , but they blamed the bank. Or a single incident where the employee may have not payed enough attention to them. This place gets real busy at times. If you have a difficult customer service problem, and you can see that all the employees are slammed, maybe come back another time. And why can’t bank employees have a bad day and be rude ? There not robots. This place is just like any bank anywhere. But they have extra hours so it’s a plus. You will like it.”

I have never physically been to this location.I recently refinanced my mortgage through Bank of America (with a call center Loan Officer) and was thoroughly disappointment. I was so frustrated with my closing, I called a local Loan Officer, Daniel Pike. Even though Daniel was not my loan officer, he spent an hour on the phone with me answering questions, looking at my closing disclosure documents, and providing me clarification (as much as he could). Even though I was not one of his clients, I was very impressed with the time and effort he put into helping me. I would highly recommend (if you decide on Bank of America) to work with Daniel. I have also emailed him a few times since our phone call and he has responded promptly.”
