“Superlative in every way is my feeling. Very polite, courteous, attentive and thoughtful in Falmouth where I opened my account and in Millinocket as well.The assistant manager in Millinocket knows that I use a walker and One afternoon she was walking by the door saw me in my car and stepped out and asked if I had done my banking business successfully because they were closing in ten minutes. I had already been in the bank and had done my banking business successfully I was just taking a longer time getting in my car to leave. That Is the type of customer service they employ.....looking out for the customer! I also MUST add that I’ve had to call with a question more than once.... and the call-center response team is also superlative. Although I am not a large deposit customer by any measure, I’m treated like I’m worth $1 million. I certainly feel “that you matter more” at Bangor Savings Bank.”

“This is not our normal Chase but we were closer to this one one day recently while we were out running errands. We had to run inside to deposit money and for a money order. When we walked inside we were greeted by Netty (I believe she’s the manager). She was very kind and professional. She directed us to Noah, our teller, who helped with our transactions. He was professional and helpful as well. While we were standing there, I got something in eye & my eye started to water & Netty noticed & offered me a tissue. When she noticed I was still having issues after a couple minutes and the problem was getting worse, she led me to the private restrooms so that I could take care of it. I thought this was incredibly kind and exceptional customer service. When I came back, she checked on me and I really appreciated it! I highly recommend this location. Very professional staff and clean facility as well.”

“I love this bank but can't give them a full 5 stars, their staff are awesome, the service and online banking are great, they do really good loans,I doubt I'll leave them they're almost everything I want... But there are so few ATMs you can use with no charges, and I hate paying ATM charges!”
