“Bank reviews are comical. Pretty much you likely can disregard each bad review either a problem that was the customers fault , but they blamed the bank. Or a single incident where the employee may have not payed enough attention to them. This place gets real busy at times. If you have a difficult customer service problem, and you can see that all the employees are slammed, maybe come back another time. And why can’t bank employees have a bad day and be rude ? There not robots. This place is just like any bank anywhere. But they have extra hours so it’s a plus. You will like it.”
