“Luke and Greg are two very polite and personal young men who take pride in their work. Luke offered to take an older ladies arm who was using a cane on a slippery day, she was pleased to have the help. My wife and I like the cars we have they were high mileage cars wanted and additional car so I could do maintenance on them and not be down to one car. Also new car prices are not reasonable thought we’d try an older vehicle. Bought a 2013 Toyota Highlander in February of 2023, first time we’ve bought a used car for ourselves. Couldn’t have been more pleased with our buying experience they were both a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Luke and Greg”

“Pat at Thomaston Boat totally understands "Customer Service." I needed a part and it couldn't be found (pandemic, supply chain, chip, etc.) Not only did Pat find me one but he found me two that I needed. He went above and beyond what my local dealer would/could have done. Despite being hundreds of miles away from Thomaston, Pat treated me like I was his neighbor. Once he sent the parts, he continued to check in with me to make sure everything worked out well. And it did, thanks to Pat!!!”

“Awesome guys. Had an issue with my truck that I couldn't pinpoint. Typically I do alot of my own work. Gary took time out of his day to go on a quick ride and look at my issue, and was able to point me in the right direction in just minutes. Since it was an easy repair and probably not a big money maker for them, he gave me some advice and told me if I still wanted to have them take care of it he'd be glad to but it was something I have done before and with his advice went very well. Gary's definitely a humble mechanic and seems to be honest. I won't hesitate to go back to him when I need work outside my skill level done.”

We really needed a place to haul our boat in the fall of 2022 and they came through for us! Every one we dealt with in the boatyard this spring was really helpful. Mike got us launched and when we had trouble with a major repair needed, they got us taken care of as quickly as they could. Ryan, Adam, and Jonathanuu were all so friendly and understanding of our limitations in dealing with the needed repairs. When I spoke with Mike from the parts department, he was kind, helpful, and informative right away. He did some digging based on the info I had for my car and was able to order the key blank that I needed and get it in the next day, and he was happy to cut the key and help me in a super speedy way.
