“Top notch service, unlike any other collision shop in the area. I dropped my truck off, went over the damage with them. My rental company picked me up and everything went well. The repair was timely, and when I went to pick up my truck, I was shocked. I dropped my truck off and still had winter sand on the floorboards and dust/dirt on the dashboard. When I picked my truck up, the repairs were 100% satisfactory, and the interior of my truck was cleaned to include the floor mats and dashboard. I felt like I was driving a brand new truck. I had no expectation of that and honestly, I never write reviews but I can’t keep thinking about the customer service experience I had with Ira Collision and how they went above and beyond. Hopefully I don’t have any collisions in the future, but if I do, I know where I’m going. I will also suggest Ira Collision to friends and family. Thank you guys!”

“Unfortunately, my vehicle left the service department after 3 hours today with the same issue we brought it in with. The staff were very friendly, but they were very busy and it seems they weren’t as thorough as they could have been. Told us they couldn’t recreate the sputter that happens when my car reaches 15-25mph. I asked if they hooked it up to the diagnostic tool and the gentleman said, “They had it for 3 hours so I’m sure they tried everything”. The bill does not specify if they did or not. Thankful they didn’t charge us the quoted diagnostic price of $155, but disappointed we wasted 3 hours to be told there is nothing wrong. The issue happened for us again the moment we pulled out of their lot ?. Again, not saying I wouldn’t recommend them because I believe they just had an overwhelming day but just a bit disappointed.”

Since I was not there they offered for me to return to the dealership to learn about my new cars features. I arrived to Matt (who I had never met) coming right out congratulating me on the vehicle my husband had just gotten me. He introduced me to a car tech who then went over all my cars features and there are a few! I appreciated them taking the time to do this!! All of the staff is always friendly and helpful and that is why we keep going back!”

“First things first, I did not end up buying a Subaru this time around. This was my first time buying a new car and I was shopping around for the right fit. Even though I did not get a Subaru, I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and dealership! Tony especially was very helpful and genuinely tried to get me all the things I wanted without being pushy or frustrating. Again, it was my first time dealing with sales people and I wish that the car was the right fit just so that I could buy it from Tony! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a Subaru and will reconsider the brand in a heartbeat down the road.”
