“I was at the intersection of Broadway and Lincoln St when I heard a loud bang and next think I know my right front tire deflated to the point I could hear metal on the road. In a panic I searched for a place to pull over and saw Auto Zone. I knew Auto Zone would be a safe place. My experience at this particular Auto Zone has always been great. The employees areso kind and helpful. I safely drove into the Auto Zone parking lot and figured very quickly that I was not going anywhere. I went into Auto Zone to get out of the cold to call Triple AAA to see if my car could be towed. This was when Kye (sp?), a Auto Zone employee, asked if I needed any help. I told her what was going on and by the grace of all good people on this earth she helped me problem solve my tire situation. Another Auto Zone employee, who happened to be there on his day off, Lincoln (forgive me if not correct name, I was so elated at the end, my memory is a bit fuzzy on his name but I have a great visual memory of his smile), joined in. These two became quite the team and they put my spare tire on my car so I was able to drive home safely at the end of a work day. I just want Auto Zone, the company, to know how wonderful it was to be helped by these two outstanding employees and how fortunate that Auto Zone has such kind, generous employees such as the two, working for them. This experience I had with your two Auto Zone employees was a great reminder that in this world where there is so much turmoil, there are a lot of really, really great, kind, generous people who keep this world balanced!”

“Took my beloved 2007 Odyssey to IRA Honda for state inspection but alas, she’d reached her end with frame rot, leaks and a few other issues I was unwilling to repair. As I waited, I noticed a beautiful 2021 Honda Clarity on their lot. It was in mint condition, one owner with a Car Fax report showing it was as good as it looked. The price was right for my needs and the deal was done! It only took a few hours to get the paperwork completed and they even took my Odyssey in trade. A most appreciated, fun buying experience! I was in the market for a 2024 GMC 2500 HD and was having trouble locating a vehicle that wasnt pre-ordered or already had a deposit on it. “I had an odd thing happen with my driver's side power window switch. I made an appointment and as it was taking longer to trace the problem on a Friday afternoon I was given a loaner to keep until my car was fixed. It was fixed by Sat at noon and even though my car was 3 months out of warranty, Patriot Subaru covered the cost of the repair and the loaner. This is my second car from them and the service is great. Also, I've stopped in many times when my car was new to get help figuring out some of the technology and someone has always come out and patiently shown me how to do stuff...much easier than reading the 200 page owner's manual. I called around and finally spoke with Marcelo about my car. He scheduled me his earliest appointment available. Once there, Marcelo was very open and honest about the damages & price estimates regarding my car. As a woman, I TRULY hate dealing with car shops because i feel like someone is always trying to take advantage of me. That definitely wasn’t the case here. “I don't believe there are many body shops in Maine that have the ability to work on motorhomes and was very fortunate to learn about Champion Auto Body. They are a personable, energetic group of professionals led by their owner Chad that appear to enjoy what they do and are quick to meet and ask what they can do to help you. I will admit to be a bit discriminating when it comes to my motorhome but the work they did was as well done as the manufacturer had done in my travels to their facilities in CT and Red Bay, AL without the hassles of the extended travel, scheduling difficulties and arrogance of a high end company and dealership network. “Don was truly amazing in helping me out of a tough situation, my car battery was toast and I was unable to be serviced until days later, he went above and beyond to help me get a working battery in that same day. He was incredibly kind and patient and refused to give up even after what seemed like the 6th set-back, not to mention I'm pretty sure he stayed after hours after a long day to make sure I left with a working battery. On top of all that, this man continued to run the show inside while training a brand new employee and his customer service never wavered. “I’ve had a bed liner sprayed in, running boards installed and under coating done here. They’re great . The bed liner after 5 years wore a dime size hole in the tailgate and they repaired it no cost. My running boards had spray liner put on them and they showed signs of rust. They didn’t repair it but instead replaced them free of charge. I just had it wool waxed and am very pleased with their service.”
