Million dollar client and have been with the Portland , Maine office since 1988. I have never had a need to go elsewhere (although I have looked into it before ). Waiting on hold for over an hour multiple days a week trying to get in touch with someone about my money. Was given the option to receive a call back and have my place in the phone line held. Never received a call back. This is unacceptable!

Absolutely horrible customer service. On hold for 25 min, then disconnected,,, and to think I have my money in this place.
