“This location is the best pharmacy I have ever done business with. I was previously a Rite Aid Pharmacy customer for years; after they transitioned to Walgreens Pharmacy their quality and customer service plummeted. At this Walmart Pharmacy however, I could not be more happier with their excellent customer service. And I rarely need to wait in line more than 5 minutes. And I really appreciate when they offer to scan non-pharmacy shopping items; sparing me an extra trip to their regular general merchandise cash register. Thank you!”

“This is an amazing pharmacy. They know me by name. If there are ever any issues with my prescriptions, they talk directly to the doctor to get everything right. “Couldn’t get one of my prescriptions at my usual pharmacy, so this Walgreens came to the rescue. The pharmacy tech who took care of me was prompt and polite. When she realized what I was picking up- Ritalin- and why I had to deviate from my usual pharmacy, she expressed sympathy about the difficulty of getting my medication due to the stimulant shortage. I felt very seen, validated, and cared for because of this. Often, I have been treated like a drug seeking junkie by other pharmacies; not here. Very impressed by the professionalism and compassion I experienced.”

“I was traveling through Maine and prescription medication was recalled by the FDA. My doctor somehow called the wrong pharmacy to refill it (instead of Maine she called a pharmacy in Connecticut). When I reached out to the Walgreen's in Augusta, the pharmacy staff went the extra distance-- they didn't leave it up to me or my doctor. Instead, they independently offered to reach out to the pharmacy in Connecticut (which was from a rival corporate entity) to get the prescription transferred on my behalf! Amazingly proactive customer service (plus we received a good suggestion on where to eat dinner;)”
