“Because of my ADHD I take Ritalin. At many other pharmacies, when I call or pick up, I am often scoffed at or passive-aggressively treated like a drug seeker. Not here. The pharm techs are sweet, attentive, and quick to help. A couple of times there has been a problem with the limitations of what I am allowed to pick up; once, it had been well over a month since I had last got my Ritalin, but the system said I wasn’t allowed a new one for a few more days. Despite being unable to do anything about it (Federal law), they were exceedingly compassionate and took the time to see if there was some sort of error they could correct. I feel validated and taken care of when I come here. They take my need for my medication, and the schedule I need it on, seriously. Won’t sent my scrips to anyone else.”

“The staff here is always helpful and friendly. I come here frequently to pick up prescriptions. If you have an extra are account, you can get $5 off anything for every 10 prescriptions. It helps here and there. I also drop off UPS packages here a lot. This store tends to be pretty well stocked. It is also kept neat, clean and well organized. There is no public restroom however. You'll have to go over to Hannaford across the street for that.”

“I was traveling through Maine and prescription medication was recalled by the FDA. My doctor somehow called the wrong pharmacy to refill it (instead of Maine she called a pharmacy in Connecticut). When I reached out to the Walgreen's in Augusta, the pharmacy staff went the extra distance-- they didn't leave it up to me or my doctor. Instead, they independently offered to reach out to the pharmacy in Connecticut (which was from a rival corporate entity) to get the prescription transferred on my behalf! Amazingly proactive customer service (plus we received a good suggestion on where to eat dinner;)”

“This is only a review for the food court. Got a pretzel, which was a little oily and lightly salted, and nacho cheese cup. 4 star.Also got a pepperoni pizza. Great 16inch pizza for $9. 5 star. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner after shopping”
