HOWEVER, I called the customer care # posted on the door for immediate assistance as I was freaking out! I got the most wonderful woman as a rep, her response to my problem was “I’m going to take very good care of you” which she absolutely did! She made being hacked a breeze :) I love my credit union!”

“Been here a couple times since they opened. I haven't seen in very busy as of yet. The interior is very cozy and warm feeling. They have a coffee counter if you want a cup go ahead and grab a cup. The waiting area is nice lots of chairs and seats to relax in while you wait. Friendly staff on site. I've noticed that a lot of them speak different languages which is nice with Maine's Diversity on the rise. It's not that busy or hasn't been the few times I have been here.”

“Superlative in every way is my feeling. Very polite, courteous, attentive and thoughtful in Falmouth where I opened my account and in Millinocket as well.The assistant manager in Millinocket knows that I use a walker and One afternoon she was walking by the door saw me in my car and stepped out and asked if I had done my banking business successfully because they were closing in ten minutes. I had already been in the bank and had done my banking business successfully I was just taking a longer time getting in my car to leave. That Is the type of customer service they employ.....looking out for the customer! I also MUST add that I’ve had to call with a question more than once.... and the call-center response team is also superlative. Although I am not a large deposit customer by any measure, I’m treated like I’m worth $1 million. I certainly feel “that you matter more” at Bangor Savings Bank.”
