“Woke up to my debit card hacked and account drained. It’s a Saturday and all branches are closed. HOWEVER, I called the customer care # posted on the door for immediate assistance as I was freaking out! I got the most wonderful woman as a rep, her response to my problem was “I’m going to take very good care of you” which she absolutely did! She made being hacked a breeze :) I love my credit union!”

“The staff in this particular Chase Bank branch is absolutely friendly and helpful. We were passing through Portland, NH and had some issues with transferring fund abroad. The bank officer Micah was there to the rescue. He was courteous, patient and tenacious. I give this branch five stars.”
“Been here a couple times since they opened. I haven't seen in very busy as of yet. The interior is very cozy and warm feeling. They have a coffee counter if you want a cup go ahead and grab a cup. The waiting area is nice lots of chairs and seats to relax in while you wait. Friendly staff on site. I've noticed that a lot of them speak different languages which is nice with Maine's Diversity on the rise. It's not that busy or hasn't been the few times I have been here.”

Their staff is fantastic and always available to help. Customer service line is also amazing, no wait times and friendly staff thats easy to understand, and have always fixed any issues. It is very comforting to have a local bank right down the street that is as good as these guys are!”
