Neil's was highly recommended to us & we found out why! Driving our Kia after the work was completed was like driving it off the dealer's lot when we purchased it! No complaints. Estimates were reasonable for worked performed. Staff was great. Definitely will continue bringing our vehicles to Neil's for servicing.

Happy to have these guys locally. Very thorough. I have an older Prius and they are keeping it running for me. They told me they can even replace the hybrid batteries if it gets to that point. Pretty cool.

At neils they walked us through the repair showing video of what was wrong so we could see what we where paying for they ha b e great customer service and answered all our questions we had they even gave us a loner so I could still go about my day even tho the car was being repaired I won't go to anyone else
