“After having one of the most awful customer service experiences of my life, we were dreading to come back. This time, however, was significantly different. After trying to add another line for two weeks, we decided to come back into the store and try again. The store manager, Nolan, and the other customer service representative, Landon were very patient and helpful with us. They were able to activate a SIM card for my daughter within 20 minutes. They also acknowledged the poor customer service from last time, apologized, and assured us that they take bad reviews seriously. So grateful for this experience after what happened last time. Couldn’t recommend this store enough.”

“Have had them since I moved to South Portland four years ago with zero downtime even when a friend had an outage with Spectrum during inclement weather. I love that all of the equipment is neatly attached out of the way next to the power panel in the basement too. The installer and office personnel have been courteous and professional.”

Aaron helped us out with the problem and did such a great job! He was incredibly knowledgeable, clearly knew what needed to happened and worked on it until he got the issue solved. Great manager and customer service!”

“Just leaving the store and wanted to leave a good review! My boyfriend and I recently got a Verizon plan together and we came in with a question that he had tried to bring to his previous carrier with no luck. The guys at this Verizon store knew how to handle the issue and worked with us to get it resolved in the store. Unfortunately we can't remember the names, but it was the manager and a blonde man with glasses. Thank you!”
