“I went into the Westbrook Maine store at 4pm on Thursday Dec. 29th 2022. I went in to upgrade my phone and Seth was who worked with me. We ran into… some issues…to say the least with the phone I picked and Seth was very polite and very professional in how he handled the situation. Seth has a very soft and calming voice and when things are going wrong it’s nice to hear. Seth was there on his day off and with the problems we had he was there well after close working to get me into my new phone.While Seth was waiting for new phone to update he talked to me like a friend and not just a customer and it made waiting much easier!Seth went above and beyond when he didn’t have to and it was much appreciated! Thank you for everything again Seth…I hope you see this!Also, Kevin stayed with us and was very helpful throughout this process too.-Amanda”
“My Android phone needed to be replaced and I was fortunate to have store manager Cooper work with me and upgrade me to a Motorola phone. When the mailed Motorola phone arrived at my home, I went back to the Maine Mall store late that day and was able to have Cooper and asst. mgr. Kyle work at getting that phone operational and preparing the old phone for return by mail. In addition, Cooper had told me about T-Mobile's WiFi, so I came prepared to change to T-Mobile's equipment and service. This really was a fantastic retail experience.”

“My daughter and I went in to change carriers and upgrade our phones. We worked with Josh G. who was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Our prior carrier kept telling us that the phones were unlocked so we could move forward, but either they didn't know or didn't let us know that it could take several hours. We were in that location for 2 and a half hours. Josh G. did everything he could for us. I ended up getting my.phone, but my daughter could not.Everyone who worked in this location was amazing, helpful and So friendly. Can't thank them specially Josh G. Thank you!”
