About Bangor Humane Society

Bangor Humane Society provides a very pleasant experience with always very nice and super helpful staff. They are dedicated to finding loving and caring homes for all pets, doing a great thing helping these animals. The staff does hard work, creating a very nice atmosphere. People have had great experiences adopting cats here, finding the right pet for their family. The animals are taken care of so well. Many recommend adopting from this place and continue to visit and donate to support their important work.

    The staff was friendly and very helpful in choosing our new family member. We adopted our Rudy a 14 plus-year-old, all black with green eyes, domestic short hair. Perfect temperament and manners for our family and especially our autistic grandson. We hope someone welcomes Rikki into their home soon. Just a bit too spicy... read full comment
