“I bought my tires here and get free rotation. One tire seemed to be losing air so they checked it and found out it was coming from the rim. Took a whole 1/2 hour, in and out. . They also have an agreement with other tire stores in different states so when I drive to Florida I still get free rotation!”

“I scheduled an appointment to fix a nail in my tire and I appreciated them squeezing me in during the busy season when everybody's trying to get their winter tires on and when I came back they told me I had two Nails in my tire not just one and then I asked how much it was and they said it was nothing! I said what?! And they said that just for the past few months they started doing free flat repairs at that particular location and I was really surprised and very grateful for that service! So I appreciate Maggie and the other folks who worked on my car! I've been a customer there for a long while and will continue to do so”
“I'll start out by saying I'm very particular about maintenance done on my vehicles. The bad:
-you have no choice of oil filter, you can't even keep the one already installed. Theirs is only rated for about 7k. So in effect it could be a downgrade to your oil system.
- Although petty, I gave instruction how to remove skid plate, but it was never removed. Even though oil can be drained without removal, Ford recommends its removal as oil WILL drain onto it as draining tapers down. They could have told me skid plate wouldn't be removed while I was giving instructions.
The GOOD:
- The manager and employees were extremely professional
-The shop looked clean and very organized
- After my oil change I did check everything over, all components, dipstick, filler cap, mud panels for filter, were all securely re-installed. The skid plate and oil drain plug were wiped down very well.
- Would I go back again? YES, without reservation. Price very reasonable, and you do have options for oil manufacturer.

“I have had Joe Troegner’s auto maintain my F150 and my wife’s Audi Q3. Also had some suspension work done recently. Service is always great and pricing is reasonable. They tend to book out, as you might expect with reputable service.
I highly recommend them!”
“CJ and Renisha were both super professional, communicative and helpful. They may charge a bit more than smaller shops since it is a dealer but the service was really quite fantastic.”
“I started my morning walking in for an inspection sticker here. The person ahead of me failed their inspection and the owner was extremely kind and positive while explaining and supporting this customer and just making sure that they can safely drive. I passed my inspection and was out of there very quickly. I also learned that this business has been passed on for generations…something special that is becoming less and less common these days.”
“Just had brakes done at Biddeford Jiffy Lube. Same as everywhere else it was pricey, but standard for today's world. Nice waiting area with Mythbusters on TV. Brakes feel a lot better now and the vehicle definitely stops faster. The crew here are fantastic and really nice people. I would come here again”
“My tire was low, the valve cap to tight to remove on my own and it was Sunday morning. They were the only place open to fix the problem in time for me to go to work. Super kind and willingly helpful!! I was on the road in minutes. A huge Thank you to the crew at Walmart Auto in Boddeford!!”
“Here's something to be thankful for - Great Service: I took my truck to the Arundel VIP Tire & Service for a problem, and knew it was going to cost me a lot of $$. I had already planned for an oil change/tire rotation because VIP reminded me of that with an email. A few minutes ago, Darin called and said that his mechanics realized the problem I had was their fault from a previous repair. I’m truly impressed by the type of culture where a mechanic isn’t afraid to say, “this one’s on us”. For that to happen, Darin had to establish that culture over time, and resource it as well. Sure, I’m happy I saved some money, but I’m really thankful to have local auto care where folks aren’t afraid to do the right thing, because a leader not only acknowledges occasional mistakes but has clearly trained his folks on how we’re going to handle these situations. That is planning to deliver customer satisfaction. Well done.”
