“On June 10, 2025 I came to Neighbors on Howell Boulevard in Baton Rouge to get a copy of my bank account number. Ms. Sheila A. Jarrels was the accountant to assist in helping me get the information that I needed. Ms. Sheila was professional, informative, nice and had a very sweet sense of humor. Ms. Sheila stayed minutes passed closing hours to help me set up my online banking and not one time did I feel rushed. While being helped by Ms. Sheila I felt like I was talking to one of my Aunties because she was just so down to earth and I really appreciated her time and professionalism. Neighbors Federal Credit Union Ms. Sheila is the real deal. I've been a member of Neighbors since 2018 and everybody that has helped me in the pass has always been profession and nice but Ms. Sheila is in a class by herself. THANK YOU MS. SHEILA”

“My family has done business with this bank for a while and never had any problems. For a while I also had a savings account with them but have moved on. It was an easy process to meet with one of the bankers and get that setup, also was easy to close it out eventually! Their hours could be longer for convenience but we just make it work. I also see a lot of customers at my job who have cards from this bank so it seems to do pretty well in the community.”

“The tellers are always polite even when faced with many customers. I tend to not have to wait more than 5-8 minutes even when heading here around 5 when people are coming from work. Easy location right off of Main Street opposite corner from Taco Bell and Burger King. The ATM outside of but attached to the main building is a covered room which can be used after hours.”

“This bank is super awesome . Main Street location is the one to go to . Service is so genuine . Even when they are busy they make sure your needs are met. Online bank can improve on being able to add checks etc but that's my only input . Not even a con. I had to open an account with efcu , horrible. So horrible , I'm writing a review of how great zacharys bank is. Every month I will be taking out my paychecks and putting it in zacharys bank . Just because of their service . Great job.”
