“Absolutely awful customer service - do not use this credit union- I originally left one star.I came back to this review to update.I had a mobile check that was denied for deposit and I was originally told that it was because it was a paper check. Very long story short; Campus federal reached out to me to say they had listened to the audio of my phone call and I was in fact given in correct information. They went out of their way to accommodate me and make my experience a positive one.We all mess up.
